By accessing or using the Voxrivet service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Voxrivet provides an AI-powered voice infrastructure designed to answer calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for businesses.
Client Responsibility: Voxrivet provides call recording and transcription as core features of the Service. You, the Client, are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding call recording, including two-party consent laws where applicable, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
While Voxrivet can configure the AI to announce that calls are being recorded, you agree to indemnify and hold Voxrivet harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your failure to obtain proper consent from your callers.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: Voxrivet utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to converse with callers. While we strive for high accuracy, AI can sometimes produce inaccurate or unexpected responses ("hallucinations"). Voxrivet is not liable for any misquoted prices, incorrect information, or scheduling errors made by the AI during a call.
Not a 911 Replacement: While the Service features "Emergency Triage" to escalate urgent business matters (e.g., burst pipes), Voxrivet is not a substitute for traditional emergency services (911). Voxrivet assumes no liability for property damage, loss, or injury resulting from a delayed or failed escalation of an emergency call.
Voxrivet connects to third-party software (CRMs, scheduling tools, dispatch software). We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or errors caused by the failure of these third-party systems. If your CRM API changes or goes offline, Voxrivet's ability to sync data may be temporarily disrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxrivet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall Voxrivet's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Voxrivet in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
